The latest addition to the Edinburgh Festivals calendar, the Festival of Politics is taking place at the new Scottish Parliament Building. Drama, music, debate, famous faces and a world class photography exhibition are all on offer at this 4 day event.
The festival offers a great number of events, broadening the opportunity to discover that politics is for everyone. There is something for all ages, with schools events through the week and family fun on Saturday.
Some 2007 festival highlights included talks from broadcaster Kate Adie, cook and broadcaster Clarissa Dickson-Wright and former leader of the Lib Dems Charles Kennedy.
